The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) is the principal agency and umbrella body of the organized private sector (public and private) responsible for housing development in Nigeria, having been conferred with official recognition by the Federal Government of Nigeria since November 2002
Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) Enugu State Chapter is an extension of the national REDAN. We represent and advocate for the interests of our members while promoting professional excellence and ethical practices in real estate development at the state level.

Mission Statement
To provide a central organizational cover for Real Estate Developers in Enugu State to articulate aspirations, activities, targets and programs towards sustainable development and target attainment in the real estate sector.

To be Enugu State's foremost voice in influencing policies and practices affecting the real estate sector while promoting sustainable urban development and professional excellence.
Strategic Direction
To provide a forum for all Real Estate Developers in Enugu State to collaborate for common good, cooperating with government agencies in land administration, planning, infrastructure development and housing provision.
First Port of Call for Real Estate Development
REDAN Enugu Chapter serves as the first port of call for the State Government, Local Government Areas, NGOs, and private establishments, as well as national and international partners and investors who wish to draw up housing programs or participate in real estate development in Enugu State.
We facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure sustainable development practices, promote affordable housing initiatives, and support members in achieving their development goals while contributing to the economic growth of Enugu State.
